The people at BusinessVoice have built an industry-leading company simply by talking to callers on hold. BusinessVoice is a Toledo-based Point-Of-Entry Marketing agency that provides On Hold Messaging and other services to 6,000 client locations throughout the United States. And, once again, they’ve been recognized for their creative approach to on hold marketing.

Jerry Brown, founder and president of Toledo-based BusinessVoice, was elected Vice President of the On Hold Messaging Association at the OHMA's annual meeting earlier this month. Brown will serve a one-year term as Vice President, while continuing to serve as the chairman of the OHMA's marketing committee.

The OHMA is an international organization founded to expand awareness of the On Hold Messaging industry; to promote ethical and professional business practices; to assist independent On Hold Messaging agencies in the development of their businesses; and to enhance the relationship between member agencies and their clients through education, self-regulation, and service and support excellence.

Brown founded BusinessVoice in 1989, and has since emerged as one of the industry's true innovators, developing application-driven services and operational systems that now serve as models for other providers. The agency's offerings have grown to include additional audio marketing services, such as Web Audio Messaging and Point-of-Purchase Audio Marketing, as well as Web Site Design and Development.

BusinessVoice is celebrating its 15th year as an audio marketing agency. The agency provides comprehensive services to thousands of clients throughout North America.
