Originally from New York City, Chris became interested in recording while still in grammar school and was already a working recording engineer before attending the Recording Institute of Detroit.
In the twenty years since, he has held the Chief Engineer position at The Multimedia Foundry, worked as a private studio and recording consultant, and spent five years as the Northeast Americas Pro-Audio Product Specialist for Avid Technologies, where he also earned expert certification in Pro Tools Recording Systems.
Chris serves as a member of the advisory board for the Owens Community College Music Business Technology program. He and his fellow board members strategize on how to enhance learning opportunities for students working toward their MBT degree.
Chris has also worked over the years as a freelance engineer, audio technician and musician. He is passionate about music, film, history and, most of all, his kids.
