When you believe in a cause, it’s easy to work hard to further that cause.

Jim Pollock is the president of Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio. In the fall of 2023, he told us about a big idea he had. It was all about helping new high school graduates find their next steps without automatically committing to college, military service or “just a job.”

We liked his concept immediately, so we got busy.

Our team came up with the name for the program - 5th Year - as well as the logo, the brand statements and taglines, the website, a social media campaign, video content and collateral. We arranged and attended press conferences and other promotional events. And we committed hundreds of hours to the four 5th Year “trailblazers” who joined us as interns during the program’s inaugural semester.

Rob Heath from our design2influence team produced this overview video that earned a 2025 Bronze Telly Award.

Established in 1979, The Telly Awards honors excellence in video and television across all screens. The global competition receives more than 13,000 entries each year.

Entrants are judged by The Telly Awards Judging Council, a body of more than 250 industry experts - including our Chief Creative Officer - who represent advertising agencies, production companies and television networks.
