For the seventh year in a row, MadAveGroup has been named a Top Workplace, all because our team enjoys working here so much.
The Top Workplace distinction is based entirely on anonymous employee opinions collected by Energage. The company’s survey measures trust, leadership, communication and how well people are supported in their roles.
In January 2026, MadAveGroup made the list once again.
“We don’t think about culture as something separate from our work,” said CEO Jerry Brown. “It’s part of how we operate every day, how we treat people, how we make decisions and how we show up for each other.”
That mindset carries through everything we do, including how we support our team.
Nikki Brown, who leads our health and wellness initiatives, sees that support as essential, not optional.
